At Ole NC BBQ, we understand the work that goes into planning an event, and the importance of making it a unique, one-of-a-kind experience for your guests. We feel that the food served should be a reflection of those efforts.

Using only the highest quality ingredients, we will work with you to design a menu that embodies the personality of your event.  If you have a specific desire...we can usually provide it...just ask!  We are always happy to discuss your custom menu.

From large scale meetings to private parties, receptions to pig pickins' which we will cook for you on site, Ole NC BBQ offers fully tailored services to compliment any occasion to include breakfast, lunch options, including box lunches, and dinner.

Pickup

* Minimum 50 people.
Call in your order at least 48 hours in advance and we will have your order ready to go.

Delivery

*Minimum 50 people.
We will deliver your food at the designated time packaged in disposable containers.  Each buffet is complete with disposable silverware and service ware, disposable plates, condiments, and everything you'll need for a delicious meal.

Delivery with Set-up

*Minimum 50 people.
*Deposit may be required for equipment.
Recommended for events where no service personnel are needed and full buffet set-up is preferred.  We will arrive about 30 minutes prior to eating and set-up the buffet.  Food will be placed in chafing racks with warmers to maintain appropriate temperatures.

Full Service

*Minimum 50 people.
*Additional fees may apply.
Full Service means we do all the work and you and your guests have all the fun!
Our Catering Team will set up and replenish your buffet and keep it tidy during your event. We take away all of the trash we produce and leave your spot in the same condition in which we found it. It is our job to provide you with outstanding food coupled with impeccable service so you can enjoy the event worry free. 

Hot Off the Grill

*Minimum 100 people.
*Additional fees may apply.
Ole NC BBQ will bring the grill to you!  We specialize in several entree choices that we can prepare on the grill on site.  We provide this service all while managing your buffet.  Take the time to enjoy your event while your guests are entertained by the sounds and scents of your onsite BBQ.
